Koin is a preservation platform designed for users to manage their own legally owned digital backups. We do not host, distribute, or provide access to copyrighted ROMs or BIOS files.

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading content they do not legally own. The platform is intended solely for private backup management and cross-device synchronization of personal save data.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your work has been infringed, please contact our designated agent. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices immediately.

3. Data Privacy

Your game library metadata is private by default. We do not scan your files for content, only for technical compatibility with our emulation cores.
