Description

Players battle though a world of riotous chaos to help keep it free from an overbearing corporate government, in this sequel to 2002's State of Emergency. As in the original, this sequel plays out in open, urban areas, populated by countless other characters -- private security forces and fellow fighting-for-freedom gangsters, as well as countless (often hysterical) civilians.
